While in Melbourne for Artists in Residence I had time to play with their Surface computer. The killer feature for me isn’t multi-touch but rather multi-user. And what better environment then a coffee table for that?

Re: Microsoft Surface is a multi-user experience

I played with the surface a few weeks back and I definately agree the multi-user feature is awesome. I think it could be great for Board games, especially pictionary as well as a home control panel, or virtual fishtank!

My blog post about the surface: http://www.krustyfries.com/2008/12/04/move-over-ikea-here-comes-the-microsoft-surface-table/
